2023 03 06 - Cleiton did 3 renderings that Fernando sent to the client for direction - Someone to do working drawings to replace the floor system to precast which involves details - Rose to over see someone who is working on 2023 03 13 - Rendering sent to the client and waiting for direction 2023 03 21 - Waiting for direction from client 2023 03 27 - Tomas to work on (Rose to oversee) 2023 03 28 - Rendering sent to the city for SPA Amendment. 2023 04 04 - Rose & Tomas to work on this 2023 04 10 - Rose reviewed the drawings - Tomas working on Exterior walls and core stairs - Rose to have a meeting with HVAC and Structural concerning the Precast flooring & Omar from Zeina Homes - Structural Engineer requested interior walls in CAD - Rose to work on Roof - Waiting on typical structural details - Ashley emailed rendering/elevations from cleiton to Senior Planner - Ashley also emailed Senior Planner about Noise Control and Roof top Terrance 2023 05 08 - Structural engineer sent the CAD files for standard details 2023 05 15 - Rose to review drawings - Rose to work on door and window assemblies - Sent to structural when complete (Wednesday this week) 2023 05 24 - Waiting for the PO 2024 03 04 - We are now getting the green like for the fourth storey site plan amendment - Ashley to fill out forms - Tomas to send Ashley drawings for submission 2024 03 11 - Site Plan Amendment form questions sent to the client for information - Once information is received we can have the client sign and then we can submit to the city. 2024 03 18 - Site Plan Amendment was sent to the client for signatures and to get commissionaire signature - Rose to send drawings to the consultant for coordination 2024 03 25 - FC Exemption has been applied for as instructed by Examiner from the city in order for us to apply for a site plan amendment. 2024 04 01 ************************Fourth Storey Option***************************** - Tomas working on Architectural drawings - Waiting to hear back from the FC Exemption 2024 04 08 - Rose to review Arch drawings (For sending to the structural) - City assigned a SPA number and Examiner for the Amendment - Omar called and Ashley spoke to him on the phone concerning the meeting comments from the city.
