He informed the client he was not required to obtain a road cut permit in the pre-screening phase. - Ashley emailed the zoning department as the building permit department requested and requested a zoning compliance review, the Zoning department responded back with a price and the form that needs to be filled out. - Ashley emailed the client with the price for the zoning compliance form and asked how he would like us to proceed. - Ashley is waiting for the client to respond back with Ryans last name who is the city contact that the client spoke to. 2023 02 13 - City reached concerning Zoning Compliance Review - Ashley spoke to the city about the Zoning Compliance Review and sent the city Zoning Certificate and Site Plan Exemption letters - Waiting to hear back from the city on if the client still needs a Zoning Compliance Review 2023 02 22 - City got back to us and confirmed that we do not require Zoning compliance review and we dont require a road cut permit in the pre screening process. Ashley to email the client and tell him that he should speak with the surveyor and coordinate the grading information as well as the neighbor. 2024 02 05 - Ashley & Davi to make sure all city comments that were previously sent to us are addressed to that the client can deal with the "Canceled Permit" Issue. 2024 02 15 - Updated grading ready to go but client to pay MMP fees - Davi to coordinate with all consultants (Urgent today) - Client sent two emails concerning MMP fees and Limas fees with no response 2024 02 20 -
